General Terms and Conditions
- Check-In and Check-Out:
o Check-in time: 2:00 PM.
o Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
o Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
o Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit/debit card at check-in. - Booking and Payment:
o All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card.
o Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.
o Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the rate plan chosen. Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances. - Taxes and Fees:
o Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
o Any additional fees (e.g., parking, extra beds, or amenities) will be disclosed at the time of booking or check-in.
Guest Conduct
- Behavior and Noise:
o Guests must maintain appropriate behavior and respect the comfort of other guests.
o Excessive noise, disturbances, or disruptive conduct is prohibited and may result in eviction without a refund. - Non-Smoking Policy:
o Comfort Inn Express is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in rooms and public areas. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for violations. - Alcohol and Drugs:
o Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited on hotel premises and will result in immediate eviction and notification to law enforcement. - Firearms and Dangerous Items:
o Firearms, explosives, and hazardous materials are prohibited on hotel property, except as permitted by law. Guests are required to notify the hotel if carrying firearms in compliance with legal permits.
Safety and Security
- Guest Belongings:
o The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Use the in-room safe for valuables.
o Lost and found items will be stored for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be discarded or donated. - Emergencies:
o In case of an emergency, guests must follow hotel staff instructions and evacuation procedures. - Children:
o Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The hotel is not liable for injuries resulting from inadequate supervision.
Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Daily Housekeeping:
o Rooms are cleaned daily unless otherwise requested by the guest.
o Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness and order in their rooms. - Damage to Property:
o Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors. Damages will be charged to the credit/debit card on file. - Prohibited Activities:
o Cooking in rooms using hot plates, gas stoves, or any open flames is prohibited for safety reasons.
Reservations and Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy:
o Guests must cancel their reservations in accordance with the terms of their booking.
o For refundable rates, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in to avoid penalties. - No-Show Policy:
o Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to one night’s stay. - Group Reservations:
o For groups of 5 rooms or more, a group booking agreement must be signed. Different terms may apply.
Pet Policy
- Pet-Friendly Rooms:
o Pet-friendly rooms are available on request. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per stay applies.
o Pets must remain on a leash in public areas and must not be left unattended in rooms.
o Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused by them.
Liability Disclaimer
- Guest Responsibility:
o Guests acknowledge that the hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property due to their own actions or negligence.
o By staying at Comfort Inn Express, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel from any claims arising from their stay. - Force Majeure:
o The hotel is not liable for disruptions, cancellations, or damages caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or power outages.
Additional Services
- Parking:
o Parking is available for guests at their own risk. The hotel is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles. - Wi-Fi Access:
o Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guests. The hotel is not responsible for loss of data or security breaches. - Special Requests:
o While we strive to accommodate special requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
By completing a booking or staying at Comfort Inn Express, you agree to abide by these policies. Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund and/or legal action.
